7 Day Diet Meal Plan 1.0

My waist line is 34 and I weight 57 (how sad).


I'm very conscious with how much I weight lately. Since it's our semester break, you don't have any activities but to eat and sleep (my daily routine this past few days). I'd like to challenge myself in getting thin in most healthy way. I'm not that sort of person who starve myself just to get thin. That is a super NO NO!



I have read this (everyone should try it!) and I am convinced to do this 7 Days Diet Meal Plan Program right away. There is no harm in trying, right? Frankly, I don't like exercising so it's genuinely a great advantage for those lazy asses like me (HA HA!). 

I will start this 7 day program tomorrow (I swear!) and I will buy the ingredients I'll be needing at the groceries later. Wish me good luck and positive results!
